Privacy Policy

What we collect, what we don't, and how to reach us.

Last updated: April 21, 2026

EarRx is a joint venture of KickerTek and Luca Consulting PLLC. This policy explains how we handle information collected through myearrx.com before the EarRx clinical service launches. It does not yet describe the handling of clinical information, because we are not yet operating the clinical service. A separate, HIPAA-aligned Notice of Privacy Practices will be published when EarRx begins clinical operations.

What we collect right now

At this stage, the only personal information we collect through this website is what you voluntarily give us:

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, any child's medical information through this website at this time.

What we do with it

Service providers we use

We use a small number of standard service providers to run the website and handle waitlist signups. They act on our behalf and only receive the minimum information needed to do their job:

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices. We select providers we believe apply reasonable security and data-handling standards.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies. It may use minimal technical cookies set by our hosting provider to serve the site, and we may add privacy-respecting analytics (for example, a cookieless page-view counter) to understand general traffic. If we add analytics, this policy will be updated before they go live. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies.

Children's privacy

This website is intended to be read by adults — specifically, parents and caregivers. It is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13 through this site. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, write to customerservice@myearrx.com and we will delete it.

HIPAA — before the clinical service launches

EarRx is not yet delivering clinical care through this website. Information submitted to the waitlist is not protected health information. Once the EarRx clinical service is operating, a separate Notice of Privacy Practices will govern how we handle protected health information under HIPAA and applicable state laws. That notice will be published in the patient app and on this website prior to clinical launch.

Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we ever detect a security event that may have affected your information, we will comply with applicable notification laws.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change — most notably, prior to launching the EarRx clinical service, when HIPAA-covered practices will take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
